You will build the operational systems clients run their day on — order flows, ledgers, claim processing — and the integrations that keep them honest. Expect to read someone else's ERP documentation, write the reconciliation nobody asked for, and sit with the finance team when the numbers disagree.

Our field apps are used by sales reps in warehouses with no signal and drivers on a motorbike in the rain. You will own offline-first sync, conflict rules, and battery behaviour — and you will go on ride-alongs in Cikarang to see it used.

Pipelines from source systems that were never designed to be read, transformations in version control, and dashboards that load before the Monday meeting. The hard part is the definition argument between finance and sales — you will be in that room.

Internal tools used forty times a day by someone who did not choose them. Good work here looks like fewer clicks and fewer phone calls to support, not a portfolio shot. You will run the usability sessions yourself, on site, in Bahasa Indonesia.

Seventeen accounts under SLA. You will keep them up, run the patch cycle, improve the monitoring until it pages a human only when it should, and take a share of the on-call rotation. On-call is paid separately and capped at one week in four.

Two intakes a year, mostly from Universitas Indonesia and Gunadarma. You get a mentor, a real ticket queue, and your work in production before you leave. We have hired eleven interns into full-time roles since 2018.

How hiring runs
No unpaid take-home marathons and no whiteboard algorithms. You will be paid for any work sample that takes more than an hour.
Send Day 0
Email [email protected] with the role in the subject, something you built, and a paragraph on what you want to be doing in two years. A repository, a case study, or a description of a system you kept alive all count. Every application gets a human reply.
Talk Day 2–4
Forty-five minutes with the engineer or designer you would work beside, plus our people lead. We ask about a system you have actually run and what went wrong with it. You ask us anything, including about pay.
Work together Day 5–8
Half a day on a real, scoped piece of our work, paid at Rp 1.5M whatever the outcome. Remote or in the office, your choice. You keep the code and we tell you exactly what we thought of it.
Offer Day 9–10
A written offer with the number, the level, and how the level moves. We do not lowball and we do not counter-offer against your current employer. Start dates respect your notice period.
What comes with it
Nothing here is a perk we would withdraw in a bad quarter. It is all in the contract.
Health
BPJS health and employment cover from day one, plus private inpatient and outpatient cover for you, a partner, and up to three children.
Time
Office Tuesday and Thursday on Margonda, remote otherwise. Twelve days annual leave rising to eighteen, plus national holidays and the collective leave days around them. The annual religious holiday bonus is paid before Eid al-Fitr.
Craft
Books, courses, conferences, certification — your call, no approval theatre. Friday afternoons are for the thing you are learning, not the backlog.
Kit
MacBook Pro or a Linux equivalent, replaced on a three-year cycle, plus a monitor and chair allowance for wherever you work the other three days.
On-call
One week in four at most, paid on top of salary, with time back the day after a night call. If a system pages twice in a month we fix the system, not the rota.
Commute
We are a walk from Pondok Cina station. Most of the team lives in Depok and gets the two hours a day back that a Sudirman job would take.
